Kelas Sekejap English Programme · For teachers
Your class,
step by step
Thank you for bringing your class on board! This page shows the steps you take and how your students sign up. Kelas Sekejap is a web app — it opens in the phone's browser, so there is nothing to install, and nothing to mark or supervise.
Your steps
Four small things before kickoff, then the app takes over. Each one takes minutes, not hours.
Send us your class list Before kickoff
For each student: name, form, a parent contact, and the student's email address. The email matters — it is how each student signs in, and how we connect them to your class view.
Share the parents page Before kickoff
Forward one link to your class parent group: ks-parents.pages.dev. It explains the programme in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文, and parents give consent right there on the page — about 2 minutes on their phone, nothing to print, sign or scan, and nothing for you to collect.
We will send you a message you can paste straight into the group. Any parent who prefers paper can email us and we will send the letter.
Create your own account Before kickoff
Open the link we send you — it opens in your web browser, no install needed. Sign up with your email and enter the 6-digit code we email you. No password to remember.
Then tell us which email you used — we switch on your Teacher View for your class at the end of the first week, and message you the day it is live.
Share the sign-up link Sun 16 Aug
We send you the class link the day before kickoff — share it with your students however you normally reach them. We also email every student their own instructions, so nobody is lost.
Watch your class practise From week 2
Your Teacher View opens at the end of the first week — we message you the day it is live.
It shows who practised today, each student's streak, and which day they are on — live, any time, on your phone. A quick reminder in class works wonders for the ones falling behind.
We celebrate your students After 6 Sep
The programme ends with prizes for top performers — and we send you a summary of how your class did over the three weeks.
How your students sign up
Everything happens the evening before kickoff and takes about 10 minutes, at home, on their own phone. We guide them by email — you don't need to do anything here.
The email arrives
On Sun 16 Aug (evening), every student gets an instruction email with their sign-up link.
Sign up in the web app
The link opens in their web browser — nothing to download from an app store. They enter their email and the 6-digit code we send. No password.
Allow the microphone
The app coaches speaking, so when the phone asks, they tap Allow.
First Speaking Check
A 5-minute speaking activity, that same evening. Not an exam — nobody at school hears it.
Day 1 opens
Daily practice starts Mon 17 Aug — about 15 minutes a day. Practising 15 of the 21 days completes the programme.
Help is always one message away. Every student can reply to any of our emails, or write to rebekah@kelassekejap.com — support in English, Bahasa Melayu, or 中文. If an app or phone problem comes up, we fix it with the student directly — it never lands on you.
